There are many people have asked me what is the best work out routine to get six pack abs. Well, to be honest, the workout routine is very simple and easy to do. You will not have to spend more than 30 minutes a day to do all of them (However, if you don’t have 30 minutes a day to do the workout, forget six pack). Some guys laughed at me when I said that because in their cases, they did more than a thousand sit up a day but the six pack hasn’t showed up yet. Well, that’s a different story. In order to get six pack abs, you will need more than just 1000 sit up a day (it’s called diet). You can get the secrets of six pack diet here.
