Another benefit of drinking water is it helps to boost your metabolism, which directly helps you burn fat faster.
So drinking water does help you lose weight.

But why NO?

I said NO because drink water alone will not help you lose weight. You cannot expect to drink a lot of water and free to eat bad food and do no exercise. Please remember, drink water is one of the many things you need to do to lose weight.
How much water you need to drink per day to lose weight?
Generally speaking, 8 glasses of water per day will be enough.
