You remind me to the time when I was 50 kg overweight and did the same thing like you, looking for the best/easiest/quickest ways to lose weight.
And I soon discover that there is no rocket science in losing weight fast. Many people failed to lose weight because they keep looking for the next best program/pills/supplements that can help they burn fat fast.

1. Don’t go for Atkins diet

Atkins diet works really well to help you lose weight fast. Some people can lose 15 pounds in a week applying this diet plan but it’s one of the worst way to lose weight.
Why so?
Simply because after that, you will stop losing weight and gain weight very fast.
You will end up heavier than when you stared.
The reason why you drop weight really fast then stop losing weight and end up heavier is lying in the Atkins theory. There are a lot of restrictions in this plan that make you starving. Your body suddenly suffers from a huge shortage of nutrition so no doubt you will lose weight very fast. However, as a nature, the body will always move to the balance point so you will find out that you eat a lot more weeks after.
That’s why you gain weight.
In addition, you cannot live your live with Atkins diet. It’s boring like hell.

2. South Beach is not good too

South beach diet is another low-carb diet that has a lot of restriction. The first advantage you can easily notice that’s it’s boring and hard to follow. Many people said that South beach diet is just another version of Atkins diet and in some instances, this statement is true. You can see other flaws of South Beach diet from the Atkins diet.

3. My personal favorite diet plan

I’m going to tell you about the diet plan that I’ve been using for quite a long time and I really love it. That’s the diet solution program. The first reason I love about this diet plan is there is no restriction in eating (of course you need to stay away from bad things like trans-fat, saturated fat…), no calories counting, no low carb diet. The second and the biggest reason why I like it is it have helped me lose weight really fast. You know, I lost 13 pounds in just 2 weeks and the weight keep dropping weeks after that until my body get the balance I have today.

Personally, I think that when you diet, you will need to enjoy it. If you follow Atkins diet or South Beach diet, soon or later, you will get bored with their strict restrictions and the weight gain effect after that. I can’t say I’ve tried all type of diet program but the diet solution program have worked like charm for me and that’s why I think it’s the best diet to lose weight fast.
